Please be aware that our items are shipped directly from our manufacturer from China.
Orders can be tracked from the tracking number that will be provided to you via email once the item has been shipped.
Once shipped, it may take 48 hours for your tracking to update.
We are NOT responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your area, nor are we responsible for any lost/ stolen packages once the item has already been delivered. You will be responsible to pay any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has been shipped. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
RETURNS
LUXE ROSÉ accepts exchanges as long as the items are new and unworn– no refunds.
However if you feel that an item was not received to you properly or damaged, please contact us and we can work with you from there.
All sale items are final sale. Codes cannot be applied to discounted items.

Once your new item is ready to be shipped back out, shipping cost is on us.
We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged items.
